THE BLOOR WEST VILLAGE PLAYERS

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

took place on

September 17, 2023 at 7p.m.

Please join us at the theatre (YES!), 2190E Bloor Street West

(at Runnymede subway).

Zoom has been a blessing during the last 3 years but we love to see people and have a chance to chat over a few snacks, especially as we enter our 50th season! So … we are going to have a live AGM this year. Everything old is new again!   All are invited, and we welcome especially people who might be interested in joining the group. Only members who are in good standing, that is, have been active with The Village Players, in any capacity, since 16th September 2022, may vote.   You can hear how we are recovering from the effects of COVID and how we plan to move on from that, how the 2022/2023 season went, get some insights into how we plan to celebrate reaching our 50th season (yay!), vote for the Board for 2023/2024, take the opportunity to find out more about us and how you can get (perhaps, even more!) involved, renew some friendships, and enjoy some light refreshments. Questions are welcomed. We always try to answer them.   Our goal is a short but sweet and informative session.   Obviously drop ins are welcome but it would help us to plan catering if you could let us know that you plan to attend – please reply to bwvp2190@yahoo.ca
