Daryl is excited to be back on stage with this great cast. This is Daryl’s 2nd live performance with Village Players, the first being 2019’s Stag & Doe, and various zoom shows in the past two years. Thanks for your support and so glad to have a live audience again!
Natalie Stephenson as Gloria
Hailing from the merry old land of Oz, Natalie is excited to be treading the boards in Toronto. Recent credits include The Rover (Florinda) and Beautiful- The Carole King musical (Genie).
JeN Hashimoto as Eva
JeN is excited to be making her debut with Village Players. Favourite roles include: Chava in Fiddler on the Roof, Elvira in Blithe Spirit, Mademoiselle Zeze in Anything to Declare, Audrey in Leading Ladies, and Sonia in Godspell. Thanks to Tomo – my real sweetie.
Drea Burck as Peggy
Drea is thrilled to be back onstage! Favourite roles include Toinette in The Imaginary Invalid, Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Amanda in F*CK L*VE and Breast Woman in indie feature Most Guys Today. She also runs Black Cat Boogie rock’n’roll dance studio.
Maria Michelli as Leslie
Maria is excited to make her debut with Village Players. She was nominated twice for best supporting actress ACT-CO Thea awards in Lend Me A Tenor (Maria) & The Odd Couple – FV (Vera) & winner of Adjudicator’s Awards for Best Accent & for Best Ensemble Cast in The Odd Couple – FV.
Paula Wilkie as Jessie
Paula was in VP’s 1992 Night Must Fall as a 40-ish widow. She played the ageless Cowardly Lion in the studio’s The Wizard of Oz the same year, and a middle-aged wife in Cliffhanger in 2009. Now she’s playing a retired teacher in her 70s. Can 70 be the new 40?
