ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Thanks for making it a big success!
 

Everyone is invited, and we especially welcome people who might be interested in joining the group. Only members who are in good standing – those who have been active with The Village Players, in any capacity, since 18th September 2023 – may vote.

You can hear how the 2023/2024 season went, review the success of our 50th anniversary celebrations, find out what new ideas we have and vote for the Board for 2024/2025. You can also take the opportunity to find out more about us and how you can get (perhaps, even more!) involved, renew some friendships, and enjoy some light refreshments.

Questions are welcomed. We always try to answer them.

Just a note: membership of the Village Players is free. We just need your blood, sweat, enthusiasm and laughter!

Our goal is a short but sweet and informative session.

Obviously drop ins are welcome but it would help us to plan catering if you could let us know that you plan to attend – please reply to bwvp2190@yahoo.ca
